How Old Does My Child Need to be to Take Walpole Trumpet Lessons?
Typically, our school takes children aged 10 and higher to start our Trumpet Lessons. If your child is slightly younger, we still might be able to help!
What Qualifications Do Your Walpole Trumpet Instructors Have?
Our Walpole Trumpet Teachers are professional educators and performers who have years of experience. They love what they do and their enthusiasm for teaching music is contagious. All of our instructors have at least a bachelor’s degree in their respective fields, and many have graduate degrees or diplomas. When you sign up for the Walpole School of Music, you are signing up for lessons with the pros.
Do You Teach All Styles of Music?
We do! In order to play the trumpet well, you need a solid grounding in fundamentals. We start with this approach and then branch off to help you learn the music you love.

Teaching good technique, posture, and fundamentals is at the heart of our philosophy. We give kids the skills they need to play with ease and efficiency so that they can develop their own unique sound.

We are conveniently located in East Walpole next to Bird Park on 55 Rhoades Avenue at the Union Congregational Church. We also serve the surrounding areas of Norwood, Medfield, Westwood, Sharon, Canton, Brockton, Foxboro, and Franklin, in addition to many more!
How Much Are Your Walpole Trumpet Lessons?
Our tuition is based on the lesson length you desire. For kids who are ages 10 and above, we recommend either 45 or 60 minute lessons. The 45 minute lessons are $294/month and the 60 minute lessons are $392/month. These rates are flat no matter how many weeks are in the month, and we work on a 48 week school calendar. You are only enrolled for one month at a time, so there is no long-term commitment!
Do You Offer a Trial Period?
Absolutely! During the first month, or what’s left of the first month that you sign up for (in which we will prorate your tuition), if you are not satisfied, we will refund you the remaining balance. Otherwise, from the first of the following month, we just need to know by the 15th if you wish to cancel any subsequent monthly payments.
